Our first-ever Cabernet Blanc (rare white offspring of Cabernet Sauvignon) was such a hit, we asked the Pugibet family to send their new 2021 as soon as it was ready. Made at their century-old estate, La Nuit Blanche brims with juicy melon flavors.

Wine Flavor Profile
La Nuit Blanche is a medium-bodied white wine with ripe peach, melon and citrus aromas, supported by heady floral notes. The crisp, finely structured palate offers the same flavors, plus a long, smooth and refreshing finish.
Beyond the label

We’re always on the lookout for exciting discoveries, and this stunning Cabernet Blanc (you read that right!) seriously delivers. If you’ve yet to try this extremely rare white grape, the offspring of Cabernet Sauvignon, La Nuit Blanche will be your perfect introduction.

Father-son team François and Vincent Pugibet craft La Nuit Blanche at their century-old domaine in the heart of southern France. (Theirs is the only vineyard to grow Cabernet Blanc in all of France!) Warm sunshine ripens grapes to perfection and Mediterranean breezes keep flavors pure and zingy. To lock in even more freshness, François and Vincent harvest at night, inspiring the name La Nuit Blanche, an expression meaning ‘the sleepless night.’

Previous vintages of this gorgeous white have scooped major gold medals—and we think the just-launched 2021 is every bit as fantastic, with its ripe melon, citrus and floral aromas. The same flavors follow through on the finely structured palate. La Nuit Blanche is a lovely aperitif (it might remind you of Sauvignon Blanc crossed with Viognier). Also a fine partner for fresh seafood, salads and more.

Definitely a must-try if you’re a fan of crisp, interesting whites—order today!
