It’s made by Winzer Krems, one of the most prominent wine co-ops in the area, which is owned collectively by upwards of 730 winegrowers. Together, this network cares for almost 3,000 acres of vines, but because its component vineyards are managed by individual growers, they receive kid-glove-level care and meticulous attention.
