Altos R Pigeage Blanco is a full-bodied white wine with ripe orchard fruit and subtle floral aromas. The palate offers juicy peach and citrus fruit flavors plus a long, smooth finish with a creamy vanilla edge.

Flor de San Martín is a medium-bodied white wine with inviting aromas of white jasmine and honeysuckle blossom, green pear and apple notes, plus and an intriguing minerality. The palate is lush but balanced by a zippy, citrus-peel/green fruit intensity.

Shellfish (esp. lobster), tuna steak, pasta with creamy sauces, veal, pork, soft/pungent cheeses.

Abbesse is a crisp dry white wine with leap-from-the-glass aromas and flavors of grassy citrus, ripe peach and zesty lime. Refreshingly energetic and complex, with a long, tongue-tingling finish.

Inside Track Chardonnay is a medium- to full-bodied white wine with crisp apple, ripe melon and fresh-cut pear aromas and flavors, framed by a nutty nuance. The palate is marvelously smooth, yet still fresh, with a long, satisfying finish.

Knotwood is a crisp dry white wine with fresh Meyer lemon aromas. The palate offers ripe citrus flavors plus a burst of minerality, mouthwatering acidity and a long, vibrant finish.
