Beyond the label

If you’ve yet to try a Hungarian wine (or are ready for another fabulous discovery), you’re in for a real treat with this exciting new white.

Juliet Victor was established by József Váradi, the founder of Wizz Air, one of Europe’s most successful aviation enterprises. When he decided to turn his hand to wine, he took care to do everything right. So, he set up shop in the prized Tokaj region, near the village of Mád(home to the area’s finest vineyards). And today, Juliet Victor is one of Hungary’s most awarded wineries.

This gorgeous white showcases the Furmint grape. It’s the Tokaj region’s star white and “can produce some of the most complex and longest-living wines in the world” (wine-searcher.com). Made from hand-harvested grapes and treated to aging in Hungarian oak barrels, the wine is deliciously dry with vibrant citrus and subtle vanilla notes.

Between its lovely bottle shape and food-friendliness, this Furmint is sure to impress on the dinner table. Pair it with seafood, roasted poultry and more.

This is one of the best Hungarian wines we’ve tasted. Order today to be among the first to try it.
