When Gus Kapiniaris (below) left Greece for the New World, he brought with him three things: a passion for winemaking, four generations of expertise and a profound belief in the significance of family. You’ll find all three in KAPA, his gorgeous California Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Kapiniaris family estate lies in Lodi, “one of the top wine regions in the country,” where winemakers “have quietly started producing some of the state’s best wines," says vinepair.com.
