It’s already become quite the 5-star experience for wine lovers in the UK, emphatic proof that fortune favors the bold. Because, as you’ll guess from the label (and the big reveal once you’re halfway through the bottle), The Dip involves a daring walk on the wild side…

You see, it’s named after a devil dog of Iberian folklore. According to legend, it preys upon lost souls who stray too far from the path. They say the hellhound’s senses sharpen with the scent of human fear. But those who go bravely into the night live to tell the tale.

Its dark secret? The Dip features Tintorera, one of the few grapes with dark skin and flesh, alongside blood-red Tempranillo (Spain’s most celebrated grape). Swirling with delicious wild fruits and smooth spice every sip, once you’ve tasted the wild side, there’s no turning back.
